Kind, gentle and funny, Mum was such a lovely woman and we were so lucky to have her as our mother. So many happy memories of shared holidays, walks and meals out. Walking was one of mum’s favourite things and until her early 80s, was still hoofing it up steep Cornish hills during our annual trips to Polruan. More recently in her walks around Southsea, mum always had pound coins in her pockets to give to people in need she came across on the streets, she also supported Shelter. A beautiful person, we’ll all miss her so much.
